The terms and conditions governing the use of the LabelSneak.com website (the "website") are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read these terms on each occasion you use this website or before you make a new purchase. If any of these terms are deemed invalid, that term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms provided that the contract will still make sense.

Please note that any use by you of this website or purchase made through this website means that you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. Please do not rely on promises or claims written or verbally made by anyone other than LabelSneak.

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and interpreted according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

When you place an order on labelsneak.com you enter into a transaction with LabelSneak Limited, trading as LabelSneak, Company No. 4875141.

Your order on this website constitutes an offer to us to purchase the goods in your basket, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you have every right to expect. To meet our service commitment to you, we will store your order and necessary personal details, obtain authorisation from your bank for the payment, and make certain security checks on your identity and address. This section details these actions and our respective rights and obligations.

 

E-mail confirmation

When you place an order to purchase a product from LabelSneak, we will send you an e-mail confirming we have received the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and is confirmed by an e-mail we send to you confirming that we have despatched it (the 'Despatch Confirmation E-mail').

Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in the 'Despatch Confirmation E-mail' to have been despatched do not form part of that contract. Placing the order does not constitute a contract with LabelSneak until we confirm it is despatched. Order acceptance and completion of the contract will occur once you have received the goods.

 

Payment problems

If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit /debit card after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order. Additionally, on some occasions, we may be unable to process an order. The reasons for this may be due to:

  1. the item being out of stock or no longer available; or
  2. your payment being declined; or
  3. an unspecified technical error.

If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit/debit card or please place another order on our website, using a different credit/debit card.

 

Security checks

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders. These can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order. LabelSneak also retains the services of various credit rating and fraud prevention companies, and we may share details of your order with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of your payment cards.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and the order details. At that point, a binding agreement between us will exist. In certain circumstances, it will be possible for either you or us to cancel the order.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i) the product is available, (ii) the order reflects current pricing and (iii) your credit/debit card payment is approved by your credit/debit card company.

You can access details of your order, and any previous orders you may have made, by signing in to your account. We do recommend however that you print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your records.

 

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

All orders received through the website are processed and, if we accept your order by sending you a confirmatory e-mail, despatched within one working day of us receiving the order. Your products will usually be with you in 3-4 days. Any orders received before 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (unless Saturday option is selected).

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Mon – Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) and 9am and midday on Saturday. For orders placed at any time on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest delivery date will be Wednesday.

Any product that is out of stock is displayed as such on the website and you will not be able to order that product until it is back in stock.

If you wish, you can provide us with an alternative delivery address. Just let us know when ordering by filling in the delivery address on the order page.

Please note that a signature is required from an adult aged 18 years or over at the time of delivery for all types of order.

 

Why would my contact address be different to my delivery address?

All our deliveries are by courier and require a signature. If no one will be able to sign for the order at your contact address, you may wish to have it sent to an address where someone will be able to accept it during normal business hours (e.g. a work address).

Returns

LabelSneak will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or be unsatisfied with an item received, on the following conditions:

  • If any items in your order prove to be faulty, please return the items to LabelSneak with a copy of the delivery note and also indicate whether you would like to receive a refund (including delivery costs), a replacement or an exchange.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse. If you change your mind, you may return any product to LabelSneak within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

 

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time within seven days of acceptance of your order. Should you cancel the contract within seven days, we will refund the price you have paid for the goods including delivery charges even if you have cancelled after your order has been despatched. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means they must be unused. Please contact our Customer Services Team should you wish to cancel your order.

In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales, you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.

 

Promotions and discounts

All customer promotions are issued at the discretion of LabelSneak.com. To redeem a promotion a customer must be a registered user of LabelSneak.com and enter the specified promotion code during the checkout process. Promotion codes are valid for the time specified when issued.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Promotions are not valid for use for the payment of delivery charges. We reserve the right not to issue discounts or remove them where we have grounds to suspect the promotion has been used in contravention of our terms and conditions. LabelSneak.com reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend a promotion at any time. Any deviation from these standard terms and conditions for a specific promotion will be set forth below. Further details of an individual promotion can be obtained by contacting a customer service representative.

 

Price Match Promise

We're so confident that our prices can't be beaten that we back them up with our Price Match Promise.

If you find the same item cheaper at another UK mainland retailer, excluding eBay, we guarantee to match the price.

All we ask is that:

  1. the item is exactly the same – same brand, same size, same colour
  2. the item is brand new, not ex-display, in stock and available for delivery
  3. we can confirm the price, either in writing (eg in an advert or on a website), or by telephoning them.

You can take advantage of our Price Match Promise up to seven days after you've bought an item from us. To do so, just e-mail us at info@labelsneak.co.uk and tell us:

  1. your LabelSneak order number
  2. where and when you've seen the same item for sale.

Once we've validated the information, we'll start to process the refund of the price difference.

 

Invite a friend promotion

The customer will automatically receive a £10 e-voucher for every friend they refer to LabelSneak.com that subsequently registers and purchases online. There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can invite. In order to ensure we track the friends properly that you invite to join LabelSneak, they must use the unique link emailed to them or posted on social media sites to access LabelSneak.com otherwise we cannot track them and you will not be awarded your voucher when they make a purchase. The e-vouchers cannot be used for the payment of delivery charges. E-vouchers will expire 30 days from the date of issue.We reserve the right not to issue vouchers or remove them where we have grounds to suspect there has been an abuse of the referral scheme. LabelSneak.com reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.
